This new discussion group meets on the second and fourth Wednesdays of each month, running from 3 pm to 4 30 pm. 

We currently meet at The Old Nelson which is scheduled for closure our last meetings there will be those in August. Beyond that, our July and September meetings will be at the Stroud Hotel (by the railway station in Stroud). Both venues just ask that those taking part buy themselves a drink/refreshment. In addition, the Old Nelson requires you to register your car at the machine by the main entrance on arrival.

Elizabeth Hutton and I will initially share group leadership. At each session, we will present group members with a menu of potential topics from the news. We will try to facilitate their choices.

All Stroud u3a members are welcome to join on a first-contact, first-served basis.
