Our Approach – had been to adopt an Art History Style where, for example, as a Group we would select a movement and research  artists, sculptors, architecture  classified as part of that movement.

However we have now changed this format and at our meetings now one of our members chooses which artist, sculptor/s or architecture they wish to research, from any movement, and then presents their results to the rest of the Group in whatever format they are happiest in.

These changes reflect our informal and open dialogue approach to appreciation of Art of all kinds and certainly exposes us to genres/Artists of which we previously knew little and, in so doing, reflects the varied Art interests of individual Group members to the benefit of us all.
