The blank templates are for use by Group Coordinators and Activity Organisers to hope them to produce consistent Risk Assessments for similar Stroud u3a Activities.

Once you have completed a Risk Assessment please email it to Richard Bedford so that he can maintain the central record of Stroud u3a's Risk Assessments.

And please don't forget to review your completed Risk Assessment from time to time (we suggest at least annually) in case anything has changed. Send any amended Risk Assessment to Richard as above.
